Country Chimney Sweeps

Country Chimney Sweeps provides chimney sweeping and appliance care across the Thames Valley, including parts of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Its work covers open fires, wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves, and AGAs, alongside appliance maintenance and bird nest removal.

Sweeps include internal and external visual inspections, protective measures to control dust and soot, and advice on reducing future deposits. The business says it follows the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps’ code of practice and issues a certificate after each sweep.

Additional services include stove appliance servicing, post-chimney-fire inspection and sweeping, and cowl cleaning, installation or replacement. Camera inspections are used for some work, including nest removal and post-fire checks.

The business describes its service as friendly, punctual and tidy, using vacuums and fresh dust sheets to protect customers’ homes. Its services are aimed at households with fireplaces, stoves or other listed appliances who need sweeping, inspection or maintenance.
