C.Findler Solid Fuel Services

C.Findler Solid Fuel Services provides chimney sweeping and solid-fuel appliance work in Newcastle-under-Lyme and across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. Run by Craig Findler, the business works with multi-fuel and wood-burning stoves, offering installation, servicing and maintenance as well as chimney care.

Sweeping work includes traditional brush-and-rod or power methods, pre-installation sweeps, smoke testing, CCTV inspections and vermin-nest removal. Chimney repairs, flue liners, vents and cowls are also among the services available. Carbon monoxide alarms can be supplied and fitted.

For stove installations, Craig installs flexible flue liners and internal or external insulated rigid chimney systems, and undertakes fireplace and hearth work. Maintenance can include replacing door-rope seals, glass or firebricks and resealing flues. Customers receive relevant paperwork, such as a chimney-sweeping certificate or certificate of compliance, where applicable.

Craig is a HETAS-registered installer and approved sweep, and a member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps. The business says its work is insured and follows the relevant professional codes. If you need help with a stove installation, routine servicing or a chimney concern, its offering covers both practical work and related advice.
