Brent Jones Chimney Sweep

Brent Jones Chimney Sweep provides chimney care across Greater Manchester, including Manchester, Urmston, Stretford and Trafford, as well as parts of Lancashire and Cheshire. Brent Jones describes himself as a qualified and experienced sweep, and the business offers one-off cleans and regular cleaning contracts.

The service covers chimneys and flues for open fires, stoves, cookers and boilers. Sweeping includes clearing the flue with brushes and a vacuum, checking for blockages and providing a certificate when the work is complete. Cowls and bird guards are also available, alongside bird-nest removal where appropriate.

For homeowners who have recently moved, the business offers solid-fuel appliance safety inspection reports. These can include a visual examination of the installation and appliance, a flue sweep and camera check, plus an inspection report and homeowner advice pack. The website notes that this report is not a HETAS Certificate of Compliance.

Additional help includes advice on carbon monoxide detectors, with supply and installation offered. Domestic and commercial customers are served, and the business states that it is a member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps and follows its Code of Practice.
