Blue Hippo Chimney Sweeping

Blue Hippo Chimney Sweeping provides chimney cleaning and solid-fuel appliance care for homes across Somerset, with service also offered in parts of Bath and Bristol.

Its work includes brush-and-vacuum sweeping, stove servicing and maintenance, and CCTV flue inspections. Video surveys are also available, and photographs can document the work from start to finish.

The business describes its engineers as NACS- and HETAS-registered and says its service is fully insured. Equipment is kept safely, nearby carpets and flooring are covered, and a certificate of works is issued on completion. Where appropriate, customers can also receive advice and recommendations to help them get the most from their appliance.

The published services are suited to households with chimneys and solid-fuel appliances, including customers who need a chimney-sweep certificate for home insurance.
