Beetham & Dean

Beetham & Dean brings chimney-sweeping experience together with stove and fireplace expertise in Ambleside. The team supplies and installs wood-burning, multi-fuel, gas and electric fires, with a showroom displaying stoves, fireplaces and accessories.

For solid-fuel appliances including wood-burning stoves, open fires, room heaters and cookers, the business offers traditional brush-and-vacuum sweeping as well as power sweeping. Maintenance and repairs are also available, alongside chimney camera surveys, soundness pressure testing and landlord safety certificates when required.

Chimney work extends to removing birds’ nests, fitting bird guards, cowls and pots, and supplying and installing flue liners. The business also describes chimney capping and sealing, and stove and fireplace installation with aftercare.

Serving Cumbria and the Lake District, Beetham & Dean presents its work as tidy and efficient, and says it is fully insured, HETAS trained and a member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps. Its showroom offers a place to explore the range of fires and accessories.
