Baker Brush Chimney Sweep

Baker Brush Chimney Sweep is a family-run service based in Timberscombe, serving Minehead, Exmoor and surrounding areas. It provides routine chimney sweeping and help with blockages, with work intended to leave appliances clean, safe and ready to use.

The service covers lined and unlined wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves, open fireplaces, Aga and Rayburn appliances, as well as Ingle Nooks. Stove cleaning and polishing are included with stove sweeps, and solid-fuel Aga and Rayburn work includes cleaning internal chambers.

For more involved concerns, CCTV chimney surveys are available with a report on the chimney’s condition. The business also undertakes bird’s nest and blockage removal, and can supply and fit chimney cowls and guards, replace stove ropes, glass and fire bricks, and provide stove cleaning and polishing.

Each sweep uses rotary-powered equipment and includes a smoke evacuation check and a National Association of Chimney Sweeps certificate. Baker Brush describes itself as a registered, fully insured NACS member and says it provides certification for customers’ records and insurance, along with advice on keeping appliances safe and efficient.
