Ashwood Chimneys

Ashwood Chimneys is a family-run, HETAS-registered chimney business based in Olney, serving Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, within around 15 miles of the town. Its trained team works with a range of appliances, including multi-fuel burners, open and gas fires, Agas and Rayburns.

Chimney sweeping is supported by maintenance and repairs, fault-finding, internal and external work, and CCTV inspections. The business also supplies and fits chimney caps, cowls, pots and liners, as well as replacement stove-rope seals and glass.

For those considering a multi-fuel stove, Ashwood offers installation, along with carbon monoxide advice and testing. Its “Elite Sweep” service is intended for larger and listed period properties, where longer flues can require more time and care.

From private homes to grander listed buildings, the company describes its approach as friendly and takes on chimney requirements large and small. It also offers a neighbourhood discount when five or more sweeps are arranged within half a mile of one another on the same day.
