ASH Chimney Sweep

A.S.H. Chimney Sweep provides chimney and flue sweeping from its base in Wantage, serving Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties. The business is run by Andy S. Hartle, who says he has worked as a professional sweep for more than 25 years.

Sweeping is offered for domestic and commercial chimneys. The local directory also notes work for Oxford colleges, large country houses and industrial clients, alongside household customers.

Care is taken to keep the work tidy: dust sheets protect the route and work area, the fireplace opening is sealed during sweeping, and a HEPA-filtered vacuum collects soot and debris. A visual inspection of the flue follows the work, and the business aims to complete domestic and commercial jobs with minimal disruption.

The service covers Wantage and surrounding areas across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. The official website describes a personal, careful approach, with attention to cleaning the area before leaving.
