Ade Horler Sweeps

Ade Horler Sweeps provides chimney-sweeping services from Chilcompton, working within a 25-mile radius. Traditional sweeping and rotary power sweeping are available, alongside CCTV inspections and bird-nest removal, which includes a CCTV inspection.

The service also includes bird-guard and cowl fittings, with smoke tests and a sweeping certificate provided after each sweep. Ade Horler says he can sweep all kinds of flues, making the service relevant to households using different types of fuel and appliances.

A member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps, Ade Horler states that he is fully insured and holds public liability insurance. Floor sheets are used during visits, and the FAQ says care is taken to leave the room as clean as it was on arrival.

After a sweep, soot is bagged for the client to dispose of; removal can be arranged for a small fee. The FAQ also explains how often sweeping is recommended for wood, smokeless fuel, oil and gas appliances.
