A+ Chimney Sweeps

A+ Chimney Sweeps is a family-run business serving Bristol, South Gloucestershire and nearby areas. Spanning three generations, the team says it brings more than 30 years of experience to chimney sweeping, combining traditional methods with modern equipment. Sweeping completed by Reece is issued with a National Association of Chimney Sweeps certificate.

The core service covers open fires and log-burning stoves, with brush-and-vacuum cleaning, yearly chimney health checks and scheduled sweeping. The team also cleans chimneys before a new stove or fireplace is installed, and offers stove-care guidance to help customers look after their appliances. Home visits are arranged at a convenient time.

Additional services listed include CCTV inspections and surveys, bird-nest removal and proofing, humane animal removal, smoke-evacuation checks, and cleaning and maintenance for Aga and Rayburn appliances. The business also undertakes commercial as well as domestic work, including for pubs, hotels, landlords and estate agents.

For weddings and special occasions, A+ Chimney Sweeps offers a ceremonial “lucky sweep” visit. Its published customer groups also include homeowners, people undertaking restoration work, and building and roofing trades. The website describes the team as friendly and professional, and states that its work is insured and its operatives are DBS-checked.
