360 Sweep

360 Sweep provides chimney sweeping from Thetford, serving parts of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Sam works with open fires and stoves, offering smoke tests, safety inspections and help with common chimney problems.

The service is described as clean and fuss-free, with a focus on leaving the home tidy while checking that the chimney is operating safely. Sam also shares practical guidance on using and caring for fires, stoves and chimneys, which can be helpful if you are new to a log burner or want to understand an issue.

360 Sweep states that Sam is a member of the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps. Its published service information also lists sweeping for solid-fuel appliances and gas and oil boiler flues, along with safety inspections, smoke testing and insurance-recognised certificates.

The service is intended for householders with open fires or stoves who need routine sweeping, a safety check or advice about a chimney concern. Customer comments describe a friendly, explanatory approach and careful work, including protecting the route to the fireplace and leaving the area clean.
